What is the price of this 14 day round tour?
We send a personalised quote, because the price depends on your hotels, the vehicle and the number of travellers. Your private car, driver and thirteen nights with breakfast are included; the Ella train, jeep safaris, boat trips and entrance tickets are quoted separately.
Is Jaffna worth visiting?
Yes. The north has a different culture, with colourful Hindu temples, Tamil food, a Dutch fort and quiet islands such as Nainativu. It is a part of Sri Lanka most visitors never see.
How long are the drives?
Anuradhapura to Jaffna and Jaffna to Trincomalee are about four hours each. Most other days are three to four hours, with sights on the way.
When is the best time for this round tour?
It works most of the year. The north and east are driest from about May to September, the south and west from December to April. We adjust the beach nights to the season.
Can we change the route?
Yes. Every round tour is private: skip Jaffna for more beach time, add Horton Plains or Udawalawe, or stay longer anywhere you like.
